Ordering time:
We aim to deliver within 7 days of receipt of your order. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that every item is in stock permanently, although we do try our best. If an item is out of stock we will advise you of an anticipated delivery date. If you are ordering from Europe, America or Asia your delivery will take a little longer.

Shipping:
Shipping is charged at cost, this will appear on your order. If your order comes to £100 or more you get free shipping within the UK, anywhere else we have to charge at cost.

Returns:
All our products are hand made designs and we hope that you fall in love with them. However, if for any reason you don’t you may send them back in the original packaging with in 14 days, for an exchange or refund. Please note, we cannot refund the postage and you will have to pay for the return postage. If you notice the order is damaged, please do not accept the package and contact us immediately. Alternatively please photograph the damaged packaging, or send it back to us so we can see what went wrong. We are unable to accept returns or refunds on sale goods. Please send returned items to:
